I'd always been a little jealous of the girls taking part in "How to Wear" features - it always seems so fun, building something around a key piece that might push you out of your comfort zone, or make cheap prom dressesyou rethink how you wear other items in your wardrobe. So, when Hannah, the designer of Hetterson asked me if I'd like to be part of her "How to Wear" series I jumped at the chance. Thankfully, this stripey jumper was a breeze to style with my wardrobe - but perhaps that was because I'd subconsciously dressed exactly as the model in the Lookbook that I fawned over a few months back - complete coincidence, I promise!

I hadn't caught up with how the other bloggers, Rhiannon, Starr, Stephanie, Jennifer & Anja had styled the travelling jumper until this morning as I've been too busy with university to read blogs (i'm in the short wedding dresses process of making a perfume pendant!), and surprisingly enough that's where these photos were taken too! Based on my last few posts, it might look like I spend most of my time hanging about in the woods - but really this is just part of my university which turned out to be quite the backdrop whilst on my lunch break (despite the busy main road just behind - spot the reflection of the London bus!).

Now, about the main attraction: the jumper was every bit as soft and lovely as I'd imagined - I'm gutted to have to send it back as it's perfect for England at this time of year. I love how the majority of us wedding dresses discount seemed to have paired it with denim of some sort - perhaps its the colour or the contrast of texture? Either way, I WANT, especially the version with elbow patches! Too bad I spent all my money on festival tickets ; ) x

More Walking...;
The past few days in Cornwall have involved even more walking..meaning the pairs of heels I brought with me have stayed permanently in the suitcase. These photos are from a few days ago when we wedding dresses on sale decided to walk for miles along the coast line..ugh..I can now conclude that walking is not my thing and neither is dressing for it. I was holding my hat on and my skirt down the entire way - and I thought I had dressed sensibly! Thankfully we got ice cream at the end of the long trek.

Here We Are Again...

Here We Are Again...

I'm like some sort of Kilver Court mascot, I've been there for the past 3 weekends with different people each time. This time was to take Kristabel to the elusive Mulberry Factory shop, but of course we wedding dresses discount stopped for lunch (and cake) first.? As per, everything was still out of our price range at Mulberry, so instead we spent the rest of the afternoon in the gardens.

They had some sort of Bug event going on as it was the bank holiday weekend, which involved Lucy holding a scorpion, Katie holding a giant stick insect, and me building up the courage to hold a bird cheap bridesmaid dresseseating spider (I needed both hands!). I thought I'd omit any pictures of that bit for the more squeamish of you reading!

It was finally nice enough (kind of..) to wear my denim-y backless dress that I was given from Motel that I've had hanging up for a while. It's such a lovely shape and the perfect shade of blue to compliment a bright red lipstick. I've always been a Motel fan - I remember when I first discovered them years ago on Park Street in Bristol - in fact I mentioned it when I first started my blog!

I paired the dress with my Swedish Hasbeens (still uncomfortable, by the way!), a vintage leather jacket, a little straw bag from Primark and sunnies, c/0 Polaroid.
